20 minute phone call or video conference meeting with Melissa to get to know you and your style and determine what service would best fit your needs.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy we ask for 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations made after service time begin will incur a fee. Fee will be the cost of the service delivered based on the current rate advertised on the Mel Rose Style site and/or the price quoted to you prior to agreement of service.
